This Disclaimer summarises important limitations. It does not replace our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms and Privacy Policy control for their subjects.

1. Informational use only

Content on the website and in the apps — including product descriptions, demos, sample screens, captions, recipes, nutrition figures, macros, preference chips, and suggestions — is for general meal-planning and home-cooking information.

It is provided in good faith, but we do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, current, or fit for your particular needs.

2. Not medical advice

Prapp is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Services is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Preference chips, dietary conflict suggestions, and similar signals are informational only. They are not allergen guarantees and are not clinical assessments.

You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, and amounts, and for every decision to save, cook, adapt, or eat.

3. AI and estimates

Prapp may use automated systems, including AI, to import recipes, estimate nutrition, and surface suggestions. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always review them before relying on them.

4. Illustrative marketing content

Website heroes, journey demos, mockups, and sample recipes are illustrative. They may differ from the shipped product and are not a promise of features, accuracy, or availability.

5. Third-party content and links

The Services may reference or link to third-party sites, stores, platforms, or content (including recipes you choose to import). We do not control third parties and do not endorse or warrant their content, products, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and under their terms.

6. No liability beyond mandatory law
