Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Purpose

Prapp is a personal meal-planning tool. This AUP sets rules so the Services stay secure, fair, and lawful for everyone — including waitlist signup, trials, subscriptions, import, AI-assisted features, and support.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

1. Use the Services unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights (including copyright and platform terms of sites you import from).
2. Bypass or attack security, attestation, rate limits, Turnstile, trial meters, paywalls, or access controls.
3. Create or use fake identities, bots, or farms to abuse the waitlist, trials, invites, or subscriptions.
4. Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Services in a way that harms the service or violates law.
5. Probe, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services except as mandatory law allows.
6. Upload malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt or harm.
7. Harass our team or other users, or submit abusive false reports.
8. Use the Services to build a competing hosted corpus of third-party recipes or to redistribute imported media.
9. Misrepresent affiliation with Geist 0 or Prapp.
10. Use AI features to generate or process content that is illegal, or to attempt to extract others’ private data.

3. Import and Your Content

You choose what to import. You must have the right to submit that content for personal use. Do not use Prapp to systematically infringe creators’ rights or to re-host source video or media. Short-lived processing to deliver a feature is not permission to redistribute.

4. AI features

When you use AI-assisted import, adapt, or estimation:

• Review outputs before cooking or eating — they may be wrong.
• Do not use AI features to harm people, evade the law, or violate third-party AI or platform terms that apply to you.
• Do not attempt to jailbreak, overload, or abuse AI endpoints.

We may rate-limit, refuse, or suspend AI features to protect the Services and other users.

5. Subscriptions and fair use

Paid plans and trials may include fair-use limits. Circumventing meters, sharing paid access in breach of store rules, or payment fraud is prohibited. Store purchases remain subject to Apple and Google terms.

6. Enforcement

If you violate this AUP or the Terms, we may warn you, rate-limit or suspend access, remove or refuse content or processing, cancel abusive waitlist entries, and — where appropriate — report unlawful activity to authorities or App Distributors. We are not obliged to monitor all use, but we may investigate reports and security signals.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP and will revise the effective date. Material changes follow the notice approach in the Terms.
